Horrifying footage surfaced on social media from Manali in Himachal Pradesh where a man narrowly escaped after his truck skidded on an icy road before falling into the valley.

Himachal Pradesh, along with other hill states, has been receiving heavy snow bringing misery for locals and tourists alike.

In the video, the truck could be seen drifting on the icy road while it was snowing in the hill town.
