Former Australian cricketer Glenn McGrath who is known for his fast bowling, showed off a different kind of a skill by turning into a snake handler. In a video shared by him on Instagram, the Australian pacer can be seen taking out a carpet python from his home. In fact, he successfully removes all three pythons that had entered his residence. 


McGrath uses a mop to safely capture the reptile. At first he tries to gently handle and drag the snake out. After a few repetaed efforts the snake wraps itself on the mopping stick and McGrath is seen moving towards the gate of his house to release it.


"After plenty of encouragement & support from @saraleonmcgrath all 3 Coastal Carpet Pythons that were in the house were safely released back into the bush," read the caption of the video shared by Glenn McGrath.

Since being shared, the video has amassed 4,947 likes and several comments.
