A video of a bizarre culinary experiment has once again gone viral on the internet. This weird culinary concoction is known as "momos chai." Yes you heard that right. Usually, making tea is a simple process where you need to boil water, add some spices like ginger, cardamom, clove along with sugar and tea leaves. Finally, add milk and serve it hot. However, a food vlogger rom Mumbai tried to blend two beloved delicacies, momos, and tea, which he too disapproved of.
"Share with a chai lover. Momos chai," read the caption of the video posted by food vlogger Kashif on his Instagram page.
In the clip, the food vlogger can be seen boiling tea in a pan. As the video goes on, he puts some some pieces of momos into the boiling pan of tea. pan. Then he adds mayonnaise and Schezwan chutney into the chai. Finally, he pours the concoction into a cup and tastes it. Immediately after tasting the tea, he spits it out into kitchen basin.
Since being shared, the video has amassed over 1.2 million views, and tons of comments.
