New Delhi: SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who is known for his sarcastic, and sometimes controversial, tweets, shared an edited image of Twitter's homepage on the microblogging site on Monday. Apparently taking a dig at himself for his idiosyncratic tweets, Musk wrote: "Good thing I never tweet anything controversial".
In the picture, the timeline of events that may occur after joining Twitter has also been mentioned.
The first step after joining Twitter is: "Say anything you want", followed by "Wait 5-10 years".
In the edited image, the following message can be seen adjacent to a 'comment' symbol: "Surprise! You're fired!".
Netizens found the tweet hilarious because Musk has landed in trouble several times for his bizarre tweets. For instance, some of his tweets caused Tesla stocks to fluctuate.
