One such video has gone viral on social media shows a bird stealing pasta from a woman's plate at a restaurant. The woman was equally surprised with the unexpected encounter. The viral clip shared on the microblogging site X (formerly Twitter) by a person named Lance has amassed over 41 million views.
The clip opens to show a woman seated at a restaurant with a plate of pasta in front of her. A sparrow is seen perched on the edge of the plate, helping itself to the pasta without even acknowledging her presence. After a brief moment, the bird flies away to a safe distance, leaving the woman completely surprised.
While the bird is having the meal, the woman can be heard saying, "I mean, I don't even blame her. This bird might be starving. Oh my God."
The video was originally shared on TikTok and later posted on the microblogging site. Since being shared the clip has amassed 41.5 million views and several comments.
"Yeah...I've experienced this when eating at a outdoor restaurant. Birds especially Seagulls are hella aggressive and you gotta be on it or they will make a move and snatch yo food right in front of you!, commented one user on the post.
