Bengaluru, the silicon valley of India is infamous for its traffic woes. Those who have lived in the city know how painful it is to travel during peak morning or evening hours. So, when  onlike cab booking apps charge you more for the long waiting hours, it doesn't come as a surprise to the people of Bengaluru. However, you will be amzed to know that a woman was able to secure an Uber ride for a mere Rs 6. Yes, you heard that right. The woman shared her experience on the microblogging site X (Twitter) which has gone viral.

Mahima Chandak posted a screengrab of the fare exhibiting a paltry sum of Rs 6. The original fare was for Rs  46.24 but after a pre-ride promotional code was applied, the fare dropped.

Nevertheless, it may be one of the lowest prices paid by a person to travel by a cab in Bengaluru city.

Another user sharing a similar experience wrote, "Haha, it happened to me a couple of times. Feels like winning a lottery ticket!!."

"Funny thing. I noticed this bug yesterday and the price was zero. 35% discount. Needles to say no driver accepted my ride," commented a third.

"And the driver who accepts this ride deserves a hug," wrote a fourth.
