Industrialist Anand Mahindra is known to share interesting videos on the internet. Several of them are thought-provoking and inspirational. One such clip shared by him on social media on November 23, lays emphasis on the importance of team work.
The viral video shared on the micro-blogging site Twitter opens to a bird trying to kick out sand from a hole, while another bird present there is seen adding more sand into the pit.
"Sometimes, in the middle of the week, this is what it feels like you’ve been doing in a project team. Make sure you’re all working towards the same objective," wrote Mahindra, while sharing the clip
Since being shared, the 8 second clip has garnered more than 6 lakh views, 1,836 retweets and over 18,000 likes.
One of the Twitter user after watching the video wrote, "One of my mentors sent me this a few months back and it changed everything for me. Aligning to one’s objective either yours or someone you work for is crucial for things to become successful."
