'My Son Abuses Me': 55-Year-Old Mother Drives Auto Till Late Night, Shares Her Ordeal In Viral Video

A 55-year-old woman's video has gone viral, showcasing her resilience in the face of adversity. Despite facing abuse from her unemployed son, she works as an autorickshaw driver until late at night.

A 55-year-old woman won the hearts of netizens after a social media user shared her video on Instagram. In the video, shared by influencer Ayush Goswami, the woman tells about the hardships she faced in her life which made her ride an autorickshaw till late at night. She spoke about the dangers she faces as she is out on the road till 1:30 am. She told how she has to face abuse at the hands of her own son and talked about coping with her husband's demise. 

The woman said she was the sole breadwinner of the family and his only son was unemployed he often demanded money from her mother and abused her when she refused to lend him money. 

"My child doesn’t respect me; what else can I say? Maybe my upbringing lacked something,” she said. 

Her point of view towards hard work and perseverance to earn a living is what inspires the most. The content creator asks her where she got the courage to work late at night to which she says: "There is no shame in working; it is shameful to beg.”

Since its release, the video has garnered over 6.2 million views on the social media platform. Many netizens have been praising the woman for her hard work. “Proud of you, aunty,” wrote one Instagram user, and, “A mother is the fiercest warrior,” said another. Additionally, one person commented, “Her son failed as a man,” while another simply posted, “Salute.” Many people also expressed their reactions through emoticons.
