Babaji aka Vinod Anand Jha's own brother Pramodh Jha had filed a theft case against him. Earlier, Swami was asked to appear before the court on November 8 and November 21. He, however, failed to appear before it as he was locked up inside the Bigg Boss 10 house.
But much to the relief of Swami, a Delhi Court quashed the non-bailable warrant issued against him in connection with the case lodged by his brother. The court cancelled the NBW and imposed a fine of Rs. 30,000 after the self-proclaimed godman appeared before it today. The next hearing will take place on February 4, 2017 next year.
