Bigg Boss 10: Swami Om OUT of the House; EVICTED despite No Nomination!

This reminds us of Arman Kohli and Sofia Hayat during 'Bigg Boss 7' when she filed a case of physical assault against him post her eviction. Armaan had hit her on the face with a broom during a task. Police had come to fetch him and after legal proceedings, he returned on the show a day later. Gauahar Khan had won the Season 7.

Initially, warrants were issued two days prior to the launch of BB 10 but since nobody from his side appeared in Court, a NBW was issued later and he was asked to show up in court this December 3. His brother Pramodh Jha had filed a case on November 2008 accusing him of breaking into his brother's bicycle shop in Delhi's Lodhi Colony and stealing 11 bicycles, and various important documents

Finally the makers of the show decided to remove Om Swami and sent him through emergency exit

Salman Khan was shooting the 'Weekend Ka Vaar' episode for Saturday and Swami Om did record it with other contestants as spotted in the LIVE feed. But in sudden turn of events, before the eviction was to be announced in the second phase recording of Sunday episode late night on Friday, there instead came another shocking news from the BB 10 house.

Ironically, Swami is actually facing such allegations in real life too. Swami has 7 criminal cases against him including theft, cases under Tada and Arms Act etc. The self-proclaimed Swami is facing non-bailable warrants in the Delhi court for theft cases under different laws.

Host Salman even raised the topic of toiletries found in Swami's basket that Manu and Manveer had claimed Baba was stealing from the house

The four nominated contestants were holding their breath during 'Weekend Ka Vaar'. One out of Bani, Rahul Dev, Jason Shah & Elena Kazan was to bid the show goodbye.

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Satish Kumar Arora issued the arrest warrant a week ago, while directing Omji to appear in the court on the next date of hearing on December 3 and also forfeited his bail bond and surety bond. It was also reported that police had arrived at the venue to get Om’s signature on important documents recently

Now what remains to be seen is whether Swam Omiji makes a return on the show or not?

Swami Om was reportedly sitting yet again on the 'Khalnayak kursi' on the weekend show.

The self proclaimed Godman and the most controversial yet entertaining contestant of BB 10 wasn't even nominated for elimination this week.
