Hyderabad: Actor Allu Arjun finds himself in trouble while promoting a bike taxi service as the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) confirmed that the actor and bike taxi service 'Rapido' will be sent legal notices for tarnishing image of public transport.

The actor tells viewers in a commercial for the bike taxi mobile application that state buses are too slow, and that riding on a Rapido bike is both faster and safer. Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is seen in promoting the same bike taxi services in Hindi.

Sajjannar further said that the commercial has received widespread criticism from many quarters including RTC passengers, employees and retired employees.
