Around 12 people were injured in a fire at the famous Karachi Bakery godown due to a domestic gas pipeline leak in RGIA Police Station limits in Telangana on Thursday. Of the injured, six persons are stated to be critical. Eight of the workers have been admitted to Apollo DRDO Hospital at Kanchanbagh. No casualties have been reported till now.




According to ANI, 12 people were injured in fire due to a domestic gas pipeline leak in RGIA PS limits in Telangana's Rangareddy.

 
















 

 


 

Most of the injured were workers from Uttar Pradesh. The mishap took place at Gagan Pahad area under the limits of Rajendranagar Police Station on the city outskirts. 


Following the incident, Telangana CM Revanth Reddy expressed his shock. He also directed officials to provide medical support for the injured.



 



Rajendranagar Fire Station personnel said that the mishap was reported to them around 10.40 am.

 

Andhra Pradesh Hospital Fire 

 

Earlier, a fire broke out at Indus Hospital located at Jagadamba Junction in Vishakapatnam on Thursday morning. The patients who were receiving treatment at the hospital were immediately shifted to nearby hospital. Till now, no deaths have been reported.














According to The New Indian Express, the fire erupted on the second floor of the hospital engulfing the premises in thick smoke. Initial suspicions revealed that the fire originated in one of the operation theatres and subsequently spread to other sections.


The police and fire services personnel promptly responded with immediate action to evacuate patients. The patients were swiftly relocated to nearby hospitals for safety.
