New Delhi: Telangana Education Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy on Tuesday has announced the intermediate 1st and 2nd-year results. A total of 63.32 per cent of students cleared the 1st year while 67.16 per cent of 2nd year students passed the intermediate examinations 2022.   


The results have been declared for the examinations held between May 6 to May 24, 2022, for the 1st and 2nd-year intermediate students.  The Telangana intermediate (TS Inter) result will be available on the official website: tsbie.cgg.gov.in, results.cgg.gov.in, examresults.ts.nic.in.


Over 9 lakh students have attempted the intermediate examination in Telangana. Of the 9,07,396 students, 4,64,626 have appeared for the first year while 4,42,768 students have appeared for the second year.

Alike Andhra Pradesh, Telangana girls too have the upper hand with 72.33 per cent and 75.28 per cent pass percentages in the 1st and 2nd years respectively. 54.25 per cent of boys have cleared the 1st year exams while 59.21 per cent of boys passed the 2nd year examinations.


Due to Covid Pandemic, last two years, students and authorities faced a tough time in conducting examinations but this year the board of intermediate has allotted 1,443 centres for the students of both 1st and 2nd year.


According to a release by the education department, nearly 25,000 invigilators conducted the exams and over 15,000 evaluators valued the answer scripts at 15 spot valuation centres.
