The Telangana election campaigns are currently in full swing, with KCR scheduled to resume campaigning after the Dusherra break on October 26. Additionally, Rahul Gandhi is planning to return to Telangana for second phase of bus yatra in the first week of next month. Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao, who was campaigning for the state assembly assembly polls scheduled on November 30, is scheduled to resume his campaign after Dussehra break on October 26. KCR will address rallies in Achampet, Wanaparthy and Munugode assembly segments on Thursday.
On October 27, KCR is scheduled to address public meetings in Palair, Mahabubabad and Wardhannapet.
KCR addressed seven public meetings between October 15 and 18. He is also set to address 35 more campaigns before he files his nomination papers. Further, he is expected to address more meetings until the end of the campaign period on November 28.
The senior BRS leaders said that he may address 100 meetings, according to Deccan Chronicle.
Rao started his campaign at Husnabad in Siddipet district after releasing BRS manifesto in Hyderabad on October 15.
Rahul Gandhi To Resume Yatra In November
Congress MP Rahul Gandhi who held Vijayabheri bus yatra is set to conduct the second phase of the yatra in the first week of November. Though the Congress party is yet to release the schedule, the MP is set to cover the southern parts of the state.
Priyanka Gandhi is also set to return to the state on October 31. She is scheduled to address a public gathering in the Mahabubnagar district. The 'Palamuru Praja Beri' public meeting will be held in Kollapur, where former minister Jupally Krishna Rao is the party's candidate.
As per the poll schedule released by the Election Commission, the Gazette Notification for the Telangana assembly election is set to be issued on November 3. The deadline for filing nominations is November 10.
