After being released from the jail, Telangana BJP President Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Friday accused CM's son Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao for TSPSC paper leak case and seeked an investigation into the matter by a sitting judge, news agency ANI reported.

He said that owing to a paper leak, 30 lakh applicants who took the service commission test suffered, and that KT Rama Rao should be removed from the cabinet.

Speaking to reporters, Bandi Sanjay stated: "In Telangana, the lives of around 30 lakh students have been ruined after the TSPSC paper leak and the main reason is CM's son. CM's son should be suspended for ruining the lives of 30 lakh students. One lakh rupees should be given to the youth."

Alleging that CM K Chandrashekar Rao is diverting the issue, Telangana BJP Chief stated: "To divert that issue, CM is conspiring in the name of paper leak. Who will leak the Hindi paper? Telugu paper was leaked before the Hindi paper, there is no investigation into that. Who took the mobile inside the centre, what is the invigilator doing, what happened to the squad, where is the police? Investigation should be made into that."

Sanjay Kumar, a Lok Sabha MP from Karimnagar, has been listed as the main culprit in a case involving the alleged distribution of Class 10 (SSC) Hindi test question papers through groups on an instant messaging app.

On April 5, he was detained by Warangal Police on allegations of criminal conspiracy and malpractice, among other things.

He dared Warangal Police Commissioner AV Ranganath to swear on his headgear, which bears the Indian insignia (three lions), that what the official claimed was genuine, PTI reported.

He argued that the police commissioner was oblivious to the distinction between a paper leak and malfeasance.

When the leaked exam paper was emailed to his cell phone, the BJP leader inquired how he was connected to the matter. He chastised the police for failing to issue a notification prior to the arrest.
