Hyderabad: Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee chief Revanth Reddy tears apart the TRS government after being released from house arrest. He asserted that the KCR government had violated parliamentary privileges of a Member of Parliament by not allowing him to attend the parliament session on Monday. As reported earlier by ABP Live, Reddy was placed under house arrest in the wee hours of Monday and was stopped to go out of his house.
He said that he was ready to go to parliament and the police placed him under house arrest and this was because the government sold some properties to their relatives for a lesser value than the government price.
When asked about the reason behind his arrest, he said, "I had warned the state govt that I'll give complaint to PM, HM & CBI Director in Delhi over this & raise the issue in Parliament. If we raise voices against state govt's loot, they book us, arrest us & place us under house arrest. We'll fight against it."
