Google Leases Office In Bengaluru With Monthly Rent Of Over Rs 4 Lakh
According to a report by ET, Google has leased 649,000 square feet of office space in Alembic City, in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The lease agreement includes a three-year lock-in period and a monthly rental rate of Rs 62 per square foot, which leads to a substantial monthly rent of Rs 4,02,38,000. The report indicates that in 2022, Google Connect Services India Pvt. Ltd. renewed its lease for 600,000 square feet of office space in Hyderabad. Additionally, Google agreed to lease 1.3 million square feet of office space from Bagmane Developers in Bengaluru. Since 2020, Google's office space portfolio in India has grown by 3.5 million square feet. The company now operates in five Indian cities, with a total real estate footprint reaching 9.3 million square feet.

This follows the release of the Wi-Fi version of the Redmi Pad Pro in China in April, which was subsequently introduced to global markets this month. The Redmi Pad Pro is equipped with a 12.1-inch 2.5K LCD screen boasting a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. It offers a smooth viewing experience with a 120Hz refresh rate and a responsive touch interface with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display achieves a peak brightness of 600 nits and is enhanced with Dolby Vision support, all protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
OnePlus 12 Set To Be Launched In A New Colour In India
The OnePlus 12 is set to be launched in a new colour variant in India soon. On Tuesday (May 28), the smartphone company announced this update across its social media platforms, including on X.
