Motorola Edge 50 Pro European Price Leaked Ahead Of India Launch
Motorola is preparing to unveil its next mid-range flagship, the Motorola Edge 50 Pro, in India on April 3. Just ahead of the official launch, a tipster has revealed the smartphone's European pricing. Tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) spotted the Motorola Edge 50 Pro listed on an Italian retail website. According to the screenshot shared by the tipster, the handset will be priced at 864 euros (approximately Rs 77,000) for the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant. Its predecessor, the Motorola Edge 40 Pro, was launched in April last year with a price tag of 899.99 euros (around Rs 80,500) for the sole 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant.

Ookla has shared its report on India’s 5G performance and user experience, evaluating the progress since the inception of the first 5G network in 2022. The rapid deployment of 5G across the nation by major operators like Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel has significantly bolstered India’s standing in global 5G performance rankings. India ranked 14th globally in 5G median download speeds, hitting 301.86 Mbps in Q4 2023, driven by Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel’s extensive deployment efforts. India also witnessed a significant rise in 5G Availability from 28.1 per cent in Q1 to 52.0 per cent in Q4 2023, with Reliance Jio leading at 68.8 per cent compared to Airtel’s 30.4 per cent.
