Google Lens now has the ability to analyse and determine skin conditions. A user needs to use the phone's camera to capture images of their skin bumps, rashes or irritations and Google Lens would determine the condition affecting their skin.
"Describing an odd mole or rash on your skin can be hard to do with words alone. Fortunately, there’s a new way Lens can help, with the ability to search skin conditions that are visually similar to what you see on your skin. Just take a picture or upload a photo through Lens, and you’ll find visual matches to inform your search. This feature also works if you're not sure how to describe something else on your body, like a bump on your lip, a line on your nails or hair loss on your head," Lou Wang, Senior Director, Product Management, Google Search, wrote in a blog post.

One can find out about their skin condition by just opening Google Lens on their phone, take a picture of the rash or mole and upload the photo to the Google Lens app. The app will show visual searches that match the user's search. According to the tech giant, the feature also helps identify other things like a lip bump, line on nails and even hair loss on their head.
In addition, as previously announced at the annual Google I/O conference, Google Lens is also integrating with Bard, which is the tech giant's AI-powered chatbot.

In the coming weeks, users will be able to include images in their Bard prompts and Lens will work behind the scenes to help Bard make sense of what's being shown.
For instance, users can show Bard a photo of a new pair of shoes they have been eyeing for their vacation, and ask what they're called.
Google has recently introduced a new update for its AI chatbot Bard, enhancing its ability to provide concise summaries of information and offer transparency regarding the sources used. According to Google, the improved summarisation capabilities in Bard are a result of advancements made in their large language models.
