India vs South Africa: Rohit Sharma's India has emerged victorious against South Africa, lifting the nation's second ICC Twenty20 World Cup, winning against the Proteas by seven runs in an absolute thriller of a final. Team India has been lauded by several noted personalities and leaders from across the world, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who shared a heartfelt video message on X (formerly Twitter). Of course, tech leaders such as Google-parent Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella didn't hold back their excitement congratulating the team with excited tweets.

Pichai, Nadella, React To India Win

Sundar Pichai has always been quite vocal when it comes to showing support for the Men in Blue, almost always sharing a tweet or two after every major match of India. This time around, he posted, "Congrats India, so well deserved! SA was incredible."

While Google and Microsoft could be at loggerheads, being two of the biggest tech giants today, but just like Pichai, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, too, never fails to post his thoughts on X after major Indian cricket landmarks.
