Google Doodle Today: Google has been celebrating the events at the Paris Paralympic Games 2024 every day in its own way by releasing new and fun Doodles. Google has carried on with the tradition and posted the final Google Doodle on the Paris Paralympic Games 2024. Google on Sunday released a new Doodle to celebrate the conclusion of the Paris Paralympic Games 2024. The theme for today's Google Doodle is Paralympics and Summer Games.


Google, while posting this Doodle wrote, "It’s time to bid the Paris Games adieu! Today’s Doodle celebrates the conclusion of the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games, where top athletes competed in wheelchair fencing at the Grand Palais, rode horses at the Palace of Versailles, power lifted at the Porte de La Chapelle Arena, and more. The final ceremony takes place at France’s national stadium, the Stade de France."

The tech giant added, "After the flag-bearing athlete parade, Paris will officially pass the baton to Los Angeles, the host of the next Paralympic Summer Games in 2028. Congratulations to all the competing athletes!"

India's Performance At Paris Paralympics 2024


The India contingent has shown a spectacular performance at the Paris Paralympics 2024 and made the nation proud. A record 84 para athletes were representing the tricolour at the Paris Paralympics 2024 that was held from August 28 to September 8. The Indian contingent competed across 12 disciplines, which is three more than Tokyo 2020. 


The performance by the Indian contingent is truly remarkable. India has won 29 medals—seven golds, nine silvers and 13 bronzes—at the Paris 2024 Paralympics so far. The Indian contingent at Paris Olympics 2024 won six medals in total. Para athletes outperformed them by winning seven gold medals and then the silver and bronze ones.
