Recently, the Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra have appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. These upcoming smartphones are expected to feature the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and integrate Galaxy AI capabilities.
According to a report by 91Mobiles, the BIS listing includes the Galaxy S25+ with model number SM-S936B and the Galaxy S25 Ultra under model number SM-S938B. These identifiers match those seen in recent Geekbench leaks. While the BIS listing, published on Friday, hints at the imminent launch of these handsets in India, it does not reveal any specific details about their specifications.

Samsung's Galaxy S25 Series: Specifications (Expected)
Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S25 series will debut in the first half of 2025. According to a recent leak, the Galaxy Unpacked event is likely scheduled for January 22 in San Francisco. In addition to the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra, the company might also unveil the much-anticipated Galaxy S25 Slim during the event.
The lineup is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and include support for advanced Galaxy AI features. Rumours suggest that the Ultra model will feature a titanium frame, potentially leading to a higher price point compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Additionally, the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra are said to launch in seven colour options, while the Galaxy S25+ could offer eight colour choices, including three online-exclusive shades. More information about the Galaxy S25 series is likely to emerge in the coming weeks.
