Samsung Galaxy F16 5G, M16 5G Specifications (Expected)

Both upcoming smartphones are anticipated to share most of their specifications with the Galaxy A16 5G, except for battery capacity and colour choices. Unlike the A-series variant, which features a 5,000mAh battery, the Galaxy F16 5G and Galaxy M16 5G are expected to pack a larger 6,000mAh battery for extended usage.

The devices will likely sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. Powering the phones will be the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, and they are expected to run on Samsung's One UI 7.0, based on Android 15.

For photography, both models are set to feature a triple-camera setup on the back, comprising a 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, a 13MP selfie camera is expected to handle video calls and self-portraits.

Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security, dual-SIM 5G support, Bluetooth 5.3, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, a USB Type-C port, and an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance. The devices will also support 25W fast charging.

With competitive pricing and an array of features, the Galaxy F16 5G and Galaxy M16 5G are shaping up to be strong contenders in the mid-range smartphone market. Samsung’s official announcement is awaited for further details on availability and offers.
