New Delhi: Handset maker Realme on Tuesday unveiled its budget smartphone, the Realme 9i in India in two colours and a starting price of Rs 13,999. The handset will be available in an early sale starting January 25 on Realme.com, Flipkart, and other channels. The Realme 9i features Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 6nm processor and a first in the segment 33W Dart Charging technology. The 6GB/128GB variant of Realme 9i is priced at Rs 15,999.

Realme 9i specs and features
The budget Realme 9i runs on Realme UI 2.0 atop Android 11 OS. In terms of display, the device has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ screen with a 20.1:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen has a touch sampling rate of 180Hz and a layer of Dragon Trail Pro glass is slapped atop for protection. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset powers the device, along with Adreno 610 GPU and 6GB of RAM.
The Realme 9i also sports 128GB of onboard storage that can further expanded via a microSD card slot up to 1TB. In terms of connectivity, there's dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C. The budget handset also offers a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of camera specs, the Realme 9i has a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP portrait shooter and another 2MP macro camera.
