New Delhi: Handset maker Realme's next device, the Realme 9 Pro+ would be unveiled with a heart rate sensor, according to the company's Vice President Madhav Sheth. The upcoming Realme 9 series would comprise two models, the Realme 9 Pro+ and the Realme 9 Pro. if rumours are to be believed, the Realme 9 Pro lineup would be launched in India on February 16.


"Keep a track of your health and be aware of it throughout the day. Our upcoming #realme9Pro+ will feature a heart rate sensor," Sheth, CEO, Realme India, VP, Realme and President, Realme International Business Group tweeted on Tuesday.






His tweet also included a video that showed that the Realme 9 Pro+ would feature an under-display fingerprint sensor that would double up as a heart rate sensor too.


According to previous leaks and rumours, the pricier model among the two, the Realme 9 Pro+ may feature a 6.43-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. The Realme 9 Pro+ may be unveiled with 256GB of onboard memory and a 4,500mAh battery. The device may be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. In terms of camera specs, the Realme 9 Pro+ would get a triple rear camera setup that will be led by a Sony 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor. For selfies, the device could feature a 16MP selfie camera.


The phone was previously spotted in the hands of Indian cricketer, KL Rahul too.
