Poco has refreshed its X series with the launch of the Poco X5 Pro. The Poco X5 Pro 5G is a successor to last year's Poco X4 Pro and features an AMOLED display and supports 5G connectivity. The Poco X5 Pro has been launched in the mid-range segment and competes with smartphones like the Redmi Note 12 Pro and the Realme 10 Pro+.

The Poco X5 Pro has been priced at Rs 22,999  for the base model that has 6GB RAM/128GB storage while the 8GB RAM/256GB storage variant will set you back by Rs 24,999. The device will retail on e-commerce site Flipkart in three colourways: Astral Black, Horizon Blue and Yellow. The handset maker has also launched the Poco X5 for the global market.

The mid-ranger handset comes with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset that is coupled with an Adreno 642L GPU. The device runs custom MIUI 14 skin that is based on Android 12. The Poco X5 Pro 5G comes with a 12-layer graphite heat dissipation system as well as an X-axis linear motor.

The Poco X5 Pro has a 6.67-inch full-HD+ Xfinity AMOLED panel that supports a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and has a peak brightness of 900 nits. For imaging, the smartphone has a 108MP triple camera setup at the back. The triple rear camera setup also has an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. The rear camera can record 4K videos at 30fps. The selfie camera is a 16MP shooter that is capable of recording full-HD videos at 120fps.



The mid-range device is also equipped with a USB Type-C port and a standard 3.5 mm headphone jack. For connectivity, the smartphone supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity.
