Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: Great At Multitasking And Looks Good

The Oppo F27 Pro+ is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 chipset, and the phone handles everyday apps, multitasking, and gaming without any issues. The device runs on ColorOS 14, providing a smooth and easy-to-use experience. The "Aqua Dynamics" feature makes using your phone feel natural, and you can clearly see real-time service statuses. The File Dock feature also makes moving files between apps quick and easy with a simple drag-and-drop.

The phone comes with 50-month fluency protection which ensures that it remains fast and responsive for years.

The build and design of Oppo F27 Pro+ is something that shouldn't be missed. It sports a clean and fresh design. We had the Midnight Navy colour variant and at first glance, you might even think that there's a projection of snow-capped mountains on the vertical strip running at the back of the phone. The phone is sleek and does not make you feel like you're holding a brick. Lastly, it is quite a sturdy one so you don't have to worry about it getting scratched or getting damaged by falling from a little height.

Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: Lesser The Bezel, Better The Viewing Experience

The Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G offers an engaging audio-visual experience through its impressive 6.7-inch 3D Curved AMOLED display with a 93 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The display features five cutting-edge eye protection technologies to keep your eyes relaxed and strain-free, regardless of your surroundings or lighting. The display is quite vibrant and the colours are pretty accurate.

When you're playing high-demanding such as Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) or Asphalt 8, the screen will add to the visual treat. You will feel like playing more which is not the case with some other smartphones in this price segment.

If you watch a movie or web series on the Oppo F27 Pro+, then the big display will enhance your viewing experience significantly.

Coming to the protection of the display, it is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 which promises durability and scratch resistance. If you are used to keeping coins or keys in your pockets then this protection will protect your screen to some extent.

Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: Extra Punch Of Speakers

The maximum capacity of the speakers in this handset takes the volume to 300 per cent. To give context to this, if any of you have used the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G which is around Rs 7,000 cheaper than this device, then you must be aware of the power of its speakers.

The Oppo F27 Pro+ has a volume booster in store. You can normally raise the volume to 100 per cent but if you press the increase button even one more time then the volume level will hit 200 per cent. This is already quite loud. If you play any high-beat song on 200 per cent volume then it will give an experience similar to playing a song on a compact Bluetooth speaker.

Now imagine, if that exudes the feel of a compact Bluetooth speaker then how loud will 300 per cent be? It complements the large screens and presents the Oppo F27 Pro+ as a complete package.

Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: Camera That Leaves An Impression

If you love preserving memories, the Oppo F27 Pro+ 5G, with its 64MP main camera lets you capture incredibly sharp and detailed photos. The primary camera captures daylight pictures accurately with natural colours. The images retain most of the details. The wide aperture and OIS ensure bright, blur-free shots even in slightly dimmer environments.

The 2MP depth camera adds a natural bokeh effect, making subjects stand out with a pleasantly blurred background.

If you click pictures in the Hi-Res mode then the bokeh effect will be quite stunning. As you can see in the picture above, the camera focused quite well on the flower and smoothened the objects in the background.

For those trying to capture a moving object in their frame, this device won't give you a blurry photo. This is when the Flash Snapshot feature comes to your rescue and clicks clear images. The AI Eraser feature is a nifty addition that will let you erase unwanted objects from your pictures easily. The 8MP front camera with AI portrait retouching makes your selfies look all-natural and not washed out.

Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: A Dependable Driver For Most Users

On top of all these features, this phone packs a 5,000mAh battery. If you are a light to moderate user, then this can easily last you for up to a day. In case if you are a heavy user, then a full charge will last you approximately 7-10 hours.

Coming to the charging speed, the phone will go from 0 per cent to 100 in around 55 minutes. It supports in-house 67W SUPERVOOC fast charging, however, the charging speed is a bit slower than Realme GT 6T which is not that far from Oppo F27 Pro+ in terms of pricing.

So, to sum it up, use it moderately and get the juice in an hour that will last you a whole day.

Oppo F27 Pro+ Review: Children Pool's Aquaman

Oppo F27 Pro+ is water-resistant so you won't have to be constantly worried about your phone becoming non-functional after it gets drenched on an adventurous trip. Imagine you've gone off-roading with your family to escape from the boring and mundane life of the city. You discover a waterfall and your family rushes towards it and experience nature up close. It is likely that the splashes of water enter the phone, but it won't damage it as this device is designed to withstand tough conditions with its IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings.

The phone resistant to both dust and water. With an IP68 rating, Oppo claims that the phone can be submerged in water up to 1.5 metres deep, for up to 30 minutes. Additionally, the IP69 rating guarantees it can endure high-pressure water jets, such as those used for washing vehicles. So consider Oppo F27 Pro+ as the "Aquaman", but don't take it to the big boys' pool.
