Handset maker OnePlus is gearing up to introduce its latest budget-friendly smartphone, the Nord CE 4 Lite, in India, soon. Although the smartphone manufacturer has not officially announced the launch, the device was recently sighted on both the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website and Geekbench. The Nord CE 4 Lite has additionally been observed on the IMDA website, with IMDA being Singapore’s regulatory body. Serving as the follow-up to the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite, which debuted in India in April 2023, the Nord CE 4 Lite's launch has encountered some delays given that May is already halfway through.

Nord CE 4 Lite Price, Specifications In India (Expected)

The OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite made its debut in India, starting at Rs 19,999 for the base model equipped with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Anticipating a similar pricing strategy, we predict the Nord CE 4 Lite will be available at the same price point.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is likely to debut with Android 14 pre-installed, featuring the company's OxygenOS on top. Expectations include a two-year span for Android updates and three years of security updates. The device is poised to showcase a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display boasting a 120Hz refresh rate, a notable advancement from the LCD display seen in the previous year's model.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is anticipated to be driven by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with a maximum of 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. In terms of photography, the Nord CE 4 Lite is projected to sport a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, an anticipated 16MP front-facing camera is expected to be available.

The Nord CE 4 Lite is anticipated to be fueled by a 5,500mAh battery and feature an in-display fingerprint sensor. Further details regarding the device, such as pricing and specifications, are likely to be unveiled in the coming days.
