Last month, OnePlus launched the Nord CE4 in India, featuring the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Now, the handset maker seems to be preparing to release two devices in its Nord series of phones: the OnePlus Nord 4 and the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite, the media has reported. These upcoming Nord models have recently appeared on the Bluetooth SIG website. (Read our OnePlus Nord CE4 Review In 5 Points: Is This The Most Meaningful Smartphone Under Rs 25,000?)

It is said that one of them will be released in July. Both devices are expected to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon chipsets. The OnePlus Nord 4 is said to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 3V which was launched in China.

The OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite is said to be equipped with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor.

The OnePlus Nord 4 is expected to bear the model number CPH2619 for the Indian market, as indicated by its presence on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The recent sighting on Bluetooth SIG further hints at an imminent launch in India. According to the listing, the Nord 4 will support Bluetooth 5.3. Meanwhile, another OnePlus device with the model number CPH2621 is speculated to be launched as the Nord CE 4 Lite. This model has been previously spotted on Geekbench as well as the Camera FV5 database.

The first OnePlus Nord, released in 2020, debuted at a price of Rs 24,999. Subsequently, the second-generation Nord experienced a price hike and was released at Rs 29,999, while the third-generation model is presently priced at Rs 33,999.

To recall, OnePlus Nord targets consumers who are willing to spend up to Rs 35,000 for premium features and an improved user experience - the series has a competitive niche. For those with a budget of around Rs 40,000, OnePlus offers the R series. The OnePlus number series is the flaship lineup from the brand.

In response to the rising prices of the primary Nord series, OnePlus has strategically introduced more budget-friendly alternatives like the Nord CE and CE Lite. These affordable models aim to provide consumers with options across various price ranges. The Nord CE Lite models are priced below Rs 25,000 while the Nord CE models remain under Rs 30,000.
