OnePlus Nord 2T is said to be launching in India on July 1, weeks after the global unveiling of the smartphone. It should be noted that the launch of the OnePlus Nord 2T will mark the first addition to the main OnePlus Nord number series after the launch of the OnePlus Nord 2 in July 2021. The handset maker has already launched the Nord CE 2 Lite, Nord CE 2 and the Nord CE in and it is now set to launch the OnePlus Nord 2T in India.
The OnePlus Nord 2T is likely to be priced around Rs 28,999 in India and come with a triple rear camera set-up and the company's proprietary 80W SUPERVOOC charging. As mentioned above, the OnePlus 2T has been unveiled in global markets recently, including the UK and other European regions, and hence its specifications are known. OnePlus is likely to make some tweaks to the Nord 2T model for Indian users.
The upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T is likely to be made available for buyers starting July 5 through e-commerce platforms Amazon India, the OnePlus India website as well as offline stores such as OnePlus stores across the country. The listing page of the OnePlus 2T has become live on Amazon.in website.

The OnePlus Nord 2T packs the 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging that debuted on the OnePlus 10 Pro and it is powered by an upgraded MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. Other features include an AI-enhanced camera, along with OxygenOS 12.1 that promises to deliver a faster and smoother experience. The much-anticipated addition to the number series of the Nord portfolio will be soon available for sale in India, the company earlier said in a statement.
If the OnePlus Nord 2T comes with the same specifications as the global model, the device will come with a 6.43-inch 20:9 AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 resolution with a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 for protection. The global variant of Nord 2T comes in two variants: 8GB/128GB and 256GB/12GB. Apart from this, in terms of imaging, the global variant of the OnePlus Nord 2T features a triple camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, along with an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Other sensors include an under-display optical fingerprint sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, accelerometer, and a compass.
