Nothing has recently unveiled its latest smartphone, the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus, and is rolling it out globally in stages. The device is making its first appearance at the company's brick-and-mortar store in London's Soho district, with a price tag of £399. Weirdly, the phone is not yet listed on Nothing's online platforms. For customers in the United States, the Phone (2a) Plus will be accessible through Nothing's US Beta Program beginning August 7 at 9AM ET, priced at $399.
Indian consumers can purchase the device via Flipkart on the same date, with the base 8GB/256GB model retailing at Rs 27,999 (approximately $334). This new device serves as an incremental upgrade to the Phone 2a (read our full review of Nothing Phone 2a here), which debuted earlier this year in March.
However, potential buyers in other regions will need to exercise patience. Nothing has indicated that information about wider availability will be released in September. This staggered launch strategy marks an interesting approach for the tech company as it introduces its newest smartphone to different markets.
