Nothing, the London-based tech company founded by OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, is poised to unveil its latest offering, the Nothing Phone 2a, in India and other global markets today. While the Nothing Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 2 were premium offerings from the brand, the new Phone 2a is poised to be its first mid-ranger. In classic Nothing tradition, several rumours and leaks have fed the hype train so far, and the Phone 2a is expected to come in Nothing's signature white and black colourways with a toned-down Glyph UI LED back panel.

How Much Will Nothing Phone 2a Be Priced At?


In a video released recently, CEO Pei hinted at the pricing of the Phone 2a in a recent video, suggesting it will hover around the Rs 25,000 mark, positioning it as the most affordable device in Nothing's lineup so far.

Details about the Phone 2a's design have been teased, revealing it will sport the iconic glyph interface on its back, allowing users to personalise patterns for specific callers. The phone will come in classic black and white colours, maintaining Nothing's commitment to aesthetic diversity.


Featuring a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the Phone 2a will be powered by the MediaTek 7200 Ultra chipset with support for up to 12GB of RAM.


Camera-wise, expectations point to a dual-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, along with a 32-megapixel front-facing shooter.


The Phone 2a is anticipated to run on Nothing's own OS 2.5 UI based on Android 14, and house a 5,000mAh battery with 45W fast charging support. However, whether a charger will be included in the box remains uncertain.
