Nothing Phone 2, the second smartphone from London-based consumer electronics brand Nothing, debuted in India in July this year. Now, six months later, the start-up, led by Carl Pei, has announced a significant price cut on the phone. Its prices have been cut by Rs 5,000. Available on e-commerce site Flipkart, the base model with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is now priced at Rs 39,999. Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, the phone features a distinctive Glyph interface, a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor, and is powered by a 4,700mAh battery.
Now with the reduced prices, the Nothing Phone 2 stands alongside competitors like the OnePlus 11R and Samsung's Galaxy S21 FE. Notably, the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage in Dark Gray is now available at Rs 39,999. Progressing to the 12GB+256GB model, the variant comes at a cost of Rs 44,999, while the top-tier 12GB+512GB flagship is priced at Rs 49,999, available in both colour options.
As an added bonus, Nothing has sweetened the deal by offering a special bonus -- purchase the Phone 2, and you can get the 65W CMF Power GaN charger for Rs 1,999, a substantial reduction from its regular price of Rs 2,999. Given that the Phone 2 doesn't come with a charger in the package, securing this triple-charging-port accessory becomes an appealing option. It should be noted that it can efficiently charge both the Phone 2 and many of your other daily gadgets simultaneously.
