Google Pixel 9: Here's What We Know

The upcoming Pixel 9 series promises significant advancements in design, performance, and functionality. For the Pixel 9 Pro models, consumers can anticipate two size variants: a standard 6.1-inch and a larger 6.7-inch OLED display, both featuring high refresh rates and exceptional colour accuracy to deliver vibrant visuals and seamless performance. Leaks suggest that the XL model will sport a 6.7-inch display as well.

In addition to size options, the Pixel 9 Pro models are rumoured to showcase a redesigned camera layout, housed within a vertical pill shape on the rear. Google may introduce a novel feature named Adaptive Touch, enhancing screen responsiveness under diverse conditions, including environmental factors and the use of screen protectors. Expected colour options for the Pixel 9 Pro include black, white, green, and pink.

Speculations further hint at a substantial sensor on the camera module, supporting variable aperture for improved low-light photography capabilities and expanded creative options. Enhanced AI functionalities, such as the Magic Editor and innovations powered by the Gemini Nano AI, are also anticipated to offer cutting-edge tools for editing photos and videos. The price of the device remains a mystery at the moment.
