Google is expected to unveil the upcoming Pixel 8A next month at its annual developer conference which is slated to take place on May 14. Ahead of the launch, a leak regarding the smartphone has recently surfaced that hints at the colour variations of the device. As per a report by the Android Headlines, the Pixel 8A would arrive in the markets in four colour options, namely — Black, Porcelain, Blue and Green.


If we talk about the design then the overall design of Pixel 8A is almost identical to that of its predecessor, Pixel 8. However, the new vibrant green colour variant does add a touch of freshness to it.

Google Pixel 8A: Price (Expected)


According to reports regarding leaks of Google Pixel 8A, it is likely to be the last smartphone of the 8 series as the Pixel 9 lineup is expected to comprise only Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel 9XL. All of the models of Series 9 are expected to sport a different-sized display in India.


As per the reports, the price of Pixel 8A might be somewhere around Rs 50,000 upon launch.

Leaks regarding the device in the past have highlighted that the upcoming Pixel 8A is likely going to be a compact smartphone which will feature a 6.1-inch display. It is expected to come with a 120Hz OLED panel which will be a huge jump from the 90Hz panel that we saw in Pixel 7A. 


There is a dual camera setup at the back of the phone, and the device might boast a 64-megapixel primary sensor along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens.


Just like its brothers in the Pixel 8 series lineup, Pixel 8A will also be powered by the Tensor G3 processor and might offer 8GB RAM along with 128GB of storage on the base variant. This also might be the first A-series smartphone from Google to boast a 256 GB variant.
