The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, the next iteration in the Samsung Galaxy S Fan Edition (FE) series may be around as the device has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website. The successor to Galaxy S21 FE which was quietly unveiled in India in July, is a step closer to launch that may take place in September. According to a report by GSMArena, Bluetooth SIG has certified six Samsung Galaxy S23 FE models that bear codes SM-S711B, SM-S711B_DS, SM-S7110, SM-S711U, SM-S711U1 and SM-S711W. Another report suggests that the support page for the Galaxy S23 FE has gone live on the Samsung Kazakhstan website.


It is known that the Galaxy Fan Edition (FE) lineup from Samsung comprises the upper-mid-range segment of smartphones.


The GSMArena report added that the Galaxy S23 FE's model numbers for different regions have surfaced on the Bluetooth SIG website.


The Galaxy S23 FE models for the US and the US unlocked are: SM-S711U and SM-S711U1 and for Canada and other regions globally are: model numbers SM-S711W and SM-S711B, another report adds.


Expected features of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE suggest that the phone may look similar to the Galaxy A54. As per a Geekbench listing, the handset may come with an Exynos 2200 chipset, but the US model may feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.


The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE was said to happen later this year. The Galaxy S23 FE will be a successor to the Galaxy S21 FE that was unveiled two years back. Samsung had skipped the launch of the Galaxy S22 FE edition due to the global chipset crisis. The Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S21 FE was launched in India in July, after several leaks and rumours. The South Korean tech giant unveiled the Snapdragon-powered Galaxy S21 FE in India in only one storage configuration. The SD variant of the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
