Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 smartwatches are likely to be unveiled soon as new images and specifications of both the smartwatches have surfaced online. The Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 are said to be successors to Amazfit GTR 3 and GTS 3 smartwatches. The Amazfit GTS 4 would come with a rectangular dial while the Amazfit GTR 4 would sport a circular dial, similar to their predecessors Amazfit GTS 3 and GTR 3, according to a report by GSMArena.

The purported Amazfit GTR 4 is likely to feature a 1.43-inch AMOLED touchscreen circular screen while the Amazfit GTS 4 is likely to come with a 1.75-inch rectangular AMOLED screen. Among some of the notable features in both the smartwatches would be the ability to track more than 150 sports modes and dual-band GPS with support for all five global positioning systems.


Both the Amazfit GTR 4 and GTS 4 would come with a speaker and a microphone and also support for Bluetooth calling as well as independent music playback.


The company is said to offer as many as 200 watch faces for the Amazfit GTR 4 with 30 animated versions. There could be a 4PD BioTracker 4.0 PPG optical sensor which is likely to offer precise measurements for heart rate, blood oxygen, and stress levels.


In terms of software, both the smartwatches will run on the company's proprietary Zepp OS. Both smartwatches would come with a host of first-party Amzfit apps too. Some regions would also get Alexa support on both the smartwatches. 


Meanwhile, Amazfit, backed by Zepp Health has recently introduced the new compact Amazfit GTS 4 Mini in India for 7,999. The smartwatch is slim and sports a light design and comes with 15-day battery life and an optimised Zepp OS operating system. The smartwatch has a 1.65-inch HD AMOLED display with curved glass and has a 70.2 per cent screen-to-body ratio.
