Former US President and the current presidential candidate Donald Trump was attacked while he was addressing a rally in the Butler area of Pennsylvania. Gunshots were heard during the rally and Trump after the assassination attempt said that the bullet 'pierced' the upper part of his right ear. X owner Elon Musk while reacting to this bid said that he fully endorses 'President Trump' and he hopes for Trump's rapid recovery.

Musk did not stop there, he went on to praise Trump and compared him with Theodore Roosevelt. In further tweets, he said, "Last time America had a candidate this tough was Theodore Roosevelt."

Soon a video of one of the attendees of the rally surfaced about him informing the police and Secret Service about a suspicious man with a rifle on the roof. As per the person, no one paid any attention to the warning. Musk while sharing this video wrote, "The head of the Secret Service and the leader of this security detail should resign."

Coincidentally, Musk's support for Trump after this event came on the heels of rumours about him donating a sizable amount of money to America PAC, a group that works to elect Donald Trump to the White House in the upcoming US Presidential elections.

Elon Musk Donates 'Sizable Amount' For Trump's Campaign

Elon Musk, the owner of X, has made a significant donation to America PAC, a low-profile group dedicated to electing Donald Trump in the upcoming US Presidential elections. Sources close to the matter have indicated that while the exact amount of Musk's donation is not specified, it is substantial.

America PAC is scheduled to release its list of donors on July 15. It appears that Musk's contribution is a strategic move to influence the US political landscape.

Musk's decision is intriguing given his previous statements about wanting to stay out of politics. However, it is known that Musk's views tend to lean right, and he has frequently criticized the Democrats.

This substantial financial contribution from the Tesla CEO coincides with a period where Trump has surpassed his competition, including current US President Joe Biden, in fundraising efforts, thanks to support from wealthy Wall Street and corporate donors.
