Apple is set to lose two top executives, amid recent high-profile exits from the tech giant. The two top executives that will be leaving Apple are Anna Matthiasson, Vice President of the Online Retail and Mary Demby Head of Information Systems, says a report by news agency Bloomberg.

Anna Matthiasson is leaving her position, the report cited people with knowledge of the matter, and Mary Demby is retiring from the company after three decades. Karen Rasmussen will now be in charge of online retail, but there is no clarity on who will replace Demby. The company hired David Smoley as a Vice President on her team in 2019. He was earlier the Chief Information Officer for pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca.

Apple has not commented on the report yet.

This comes amid recent high-profile departures from the company. It should be noted that the departures also come at a time when online sales have become extremely important for the tech giant.

Apple is losing at least three vice presidents -- the highest manager level below Chief Executive Officer Tim Cook’s executive team -- in recent weeks. Evans Hankey, the Vice President in charge of industrial design, is also leaving Apple, said a previous report by Bloomberg. Chief Privacy Officer Jane Horvath has departed Apple in recent weeks as well, taking a position at a law firm.

Earlier last month, the tech giant also fired Tony Blevins, Vice President of Procurement over his vulgar remarks in a TikTok video, although it is a different situation from the other departures. The employees informed Apple's human resources division about the TikTok video, and that division immediately launched an investigation.

Additionally, the video was shared with Apple's staff and some of its significant suppliers.
