Chennai: Kamal Haasan-starrer Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is out in the theatres. The movie which has prominent actors including Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Fassil playing important roles and actor Suriya playing cameo role has already started to win the hearts of Kollywood fans.

The first-day first show of the movie started at 3.45 am on Friday. The crew including the director Lokesh Kanagaraj watched the FDFS show in the cinemas.


The movie released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada was also promoted by Kamal Haasan himself. Kamal even went to Cannes Film Festival, The Kapil Sharma Show, Dubai's Burj Khalifa to promote his film.

As a benefit for his efforts, the movie is lauded as the perfect comeback of the actor onscreen after a gap of four years. Kamal Haasan was last seen in his movie Vishwaroopam 2 in 2018. All the more, Vikram is the first movie of the actor released on the big screen after the pandemic and his political entry.
