Chennai: Tamil Nadu School Education Minister Anbil Mahesh said that the Chief Minister will decide on the reopening of schools in Tamil Nadu according to parents and students' decisions.
A program was held to provide corona relief funds and materials to the temple staff operating under the Department of the Treasury in Trichy. Tamil Nadu Minister of School Education Anbil Mahesh participated and distributed relief items. According to ABP Nadu, he later told reporters that "a decision on the reopening of schools will be made after the corona epidemic subsides."

Therefore, we will bring to the attention of the Chief Minister the guidelines provided by ICMR, the World Health Organization. Due to the second wave of Covid, student enrollment for the new academic year was hampered for the second time in the state. Since July 14, enrolling students in schools happened in 27 districts where the incidence of the virus is low. However, the Tamil Nadu government has stated that schools are not allowed to conduct classes and that students can go to schools and colleges to apply for admission or obtain alternative certificates.
Meanwhile, in the coming academic year, Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin has started a program to broadcast the lessons prepared in the form of video lessons from Second to Tenth classes through educational channels on television.
