Chennai: While many states have seen BJP winning, it could not make a state in Tamil Nadu. In this context, to get familiarised with the people in the state the BJP intended to open party offices in all the districts. Currently, in the first phase, the construction of party offices in 17 districts is underway.


JP Nadda on Wednesday has inaugurated a party office in the Tiruppur district. After inaugurating, the party chief addressing in a committee meeting said: "It is only the BJP that has democratic norms, where one can rise because of his/her talent. It is an ideological-based party. It is a party that takes care of the national sentiments while it takes into consideration the regional sentiments," he said, according to an ANI update.

After the inauguration, a BJP committee meeting was held in Tiruppur that was chaired by party state president K Annamalai along with Union Home Minister L Murugan, MLAs Vanathi Srinivasan and Nainar Nagendra, reports ABP Nadu


Earlier, Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai taking his Twitter handle has invited JP Nadda for the committee meeting and the party office inauguration.
