In an outreach to women voters in poll-bound Rajasthan, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his third visit to the state in two weeks, said Ujjwala beneficiaries would get LPG cylinder for Rs 600, benefitting 70 lakh families. Addressing a gathering in Jodhpur, PM Modi launched a stinging attack on the Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot-led Congress government over paper leak mafia, corruption and atrocities against Dalits and women.

"Today, the people of Jodhpur and Marwad have received several gifts. For one of those gifts, I came prepared from Delhi. Yesterday, the BJP government decided that the women beneficiaries of Ujjwala will get LPG cylinder at Rs 600," PM Modi said.

Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister inaugurated multiple development projects worth Rs 5,000 crore in Rajasthan. The projects cover sectors like road, rail, aviation, health and higher education.

Continuing his tirade against the Congress government, PM Modi said that the Congress which promised unemployment allowance before (the 2018 Assembly) elections gave the youth to the paper leak mafia and now the youth of Rajasthan are demanding justice. He promised the people of Rajasthan that the BJP will take the strictest action against Congress' paper leak mafia who ruined the future of lakhs of youth.

PM Modi added that the BJP government is making every effort for the development of Rajasthan but the Congress has brought it to the top of the country in terms of corruption and riots. "It has made Rajasthan the number 1 in terms of atrocities against women and Dalits. Congress has given a free hand to the drugs business," said PM Modi.

"In five years, Congress Government did not walk even one step. The 'kursi ka khel' continued here round the clock. Have you heard about 'Lal Diary'? People say that the diary contains every misdeed of Congress' corruption. Tell me, should the secrets of the diary not come out in the open? Should the dishonest not be punished? Will Congress Government let the secrets of the diary come in open? For the truth to come out, you will have to form a BJP Government," said PM Modi as he continued his attack on the grand old party.

The Prime Minister also laid the foundation stone of a 350-bed trauma centre and critical care hospital block at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jodhpur.

In addition to this, seven critical care blocks under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission (PM-ABHIM) will be developed across the state. The Prime Minister also flagged off the Heritage Special-Marwar and Runicha Express-Jaisalmer trains on Thursday in Jodhpur.
