A woman died after she accidently slipped from the third floor of a building in Mumbai, while joking with her friends. The accident reportedly occurred at the Globe State building in Dombivali, located 30 kilometres away from Mumbai. The ordeal was captured in the building's CCTV footage.

The victim has been identified as Nagina Devi Manjiram. The incident took place on Tuesday when she was talking to her friend on the third floor of the building.

In the CCTV footage she can be seen sitting on the wall's parapet, while joking with a man, who can be seen emerging in the video. As he hugs her jokingly she slips accidently and falls down.

The man also loses his balance and can be seen hanging from the wall, narrowly escaping the fall himself. Visuals show him holding onto the parapet and regaining balance as he stands up.

Thereafter, her friend and some other people can be seen rushing down the stairs to check on Nagina, as bystanders look down from the third floor.

As per media reports, the police arrived at the spot soon after receving information about the incident.

The Manapada Police have registered an accidental death report (ADR) and initiated a probe to gather further details to determine how she exactly fell and passed away, leading to the unfortunate incident.

Nagina reportedly worked as a janitor at the building. Her family also includes a son and daughter.
