The government appoints a team of judges to supervise the draw. One of them is chosen to serve as the panel's chairman. To conduct the draw, a machine that uses random technology must be run; coins and drums may be utilized in an emergency. The judges and audience members must observe how the draw machine operates before the draw can begin.
Any number that is determined to be recurring will be eliminated, and the draw will always be replayed. The person who is in charge of recording the prize number must do so as soon as it is stated in a prize register; the judges will then sign the document to confirm this. Each judge present shall attest to the validity of the prize register following the lottery draw.
