New Delhi: In Guna, Madhya Pradesh, authorities on Sunday took action against Ayan Pathan by demolishing his illegally built house. He is accused of holding a woman hostage, subjecting her to sexual exploitation, and inflicting torture upon her. According to police, Ayan allegedly manipulated the woman into a relationship to coerce her into transferring property belonging to her mother to him.

When the woman refused, Pathan reportedly resorted to physical violence and sexual abuse. The situation escalated to a point when a week ago, he assaulted her so badly she started screaming, and to stop her, he put chili powder in her mouth and poured instant glue Fevikwik on her lips, the police had said.

The consequences of the assault on the girl are severe, with one eye completely losing vision and the other eye experiencing blurred vision. Due to the extent of her injuries, she has been transferred from Guna to Gwalior for further medical treatment.

In her statement to the police, the girl recounted the brutal attacks inflicted by Ayan Pathan, including being assaulted with the back part of a broom and hit with a stone in the same eye, resulting in significant injuries.

Ayan, who worked as a labourer, allegedly had his eyes on the woman's property. Following the woman's admission to the hospital with severe injuries and her subsequent complaint, Ayan was apprehended by the Police.

Authorities demolished the house of the accused by bulldozer. SDM Ravi Malviya stated that the house was constructed on government land. Before the demolition, a notice was issued, but there was no response from the accused, leading to the enforcement of the action. In response to this violation of land laws, authorities demolished the unlawfully constructed house.

According to a neighbour, Ayan was known for his violent behaviour and frequent altercations with others in the locality.
