Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu embarked on a comprehensive one-day tour of the North Andhra region focusing on a series of crucial infrastructure projects on Thursday. His itinerary included a detailed inspection of several key initiatives aimed at bolstering the region's development.


The day began with Naidu's visit to the Polavaram left main canal at Darlapudi in Anakapalli district. He closely examined the progress of the canal's construction, underscoring its significance for irrigation and flood control in the region.

According to an official schedule shared by the state government, PTI said, the Chief Minister was scheduled to visit Bhogapuram Airport in Vizianagaram district, where he was expected to dedicate time to reviewing the ongoing construction activities. Later, he was scheduled to engage in discussions with officials to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.


Further, Naidu was scheduled to participate virtually in a conference organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) between 2.30 pm and 4.30 pm. 


Later in the day, the Chief Minister was expected to meet with workers at the Med Tech Zone.


The tour would later conclude with a strategic meeting at Visakhapatnam Airport lounge, where the project has been stalled over the past five years, as per the report. 


By evening, Naidu is scheduled to return to his residence in Undavalli, Amaravati.


On Thursday, Chandrababu Naidu also asserted that they are on a mission to rebuild Andhra Pradesh. He said, "Given where the previous government had left it, this will be a humongous challenge."


Furthermore, he shared on X about the productive meetings he had with BPCL and VinFast, which could lead to investments and job creation.
