For India, the star spin duo of Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin shared 7 wickets among themselves on the fifth and final day against New Zealand.

Let's have a look at the latest team standings and updated World Test Championship 2021-2023 Points Table.

After Ind vs NZ 1st Test resulted in a draw, team India bagged four important points and now have 30 points in total in the ICC World Test Championship points table. Sri Lanka tops ICC Men's WTC Points Table list because its PCT% (percentage of points won out of the total number of points) is more than team India. However, table-toppers Sri Lanka, with just 12 points, are far below India in terms of total points.

The ranking of teams in Points Table is decided on the basis of points percentage. As per the ICC rules, the winning team will be awarded 12 points for a win, four points for a draw match and no points for a loss.

Pakistan, with 12 points equal to Sri Lanka, is at number three in the table. The Men in Green has only played two matches so far, in which it has won one and lost one Test. Pakistan is followed by West Indies, New Zealand and England, who have 12, 4 and 14 points, respectively. Apart from these teams, Australia, Bangladesh and South Africa have not been opened so far.
