The third T20 International match of the five-match series between West Indies and Australia was played in St. Lucia. Australia won the toss and decided to bat first. Matthew Wade and captain Aaron Finch got the team off to a good start, but Australia failed to keep up the momentum and collapsed as the innings progressed.

West Indies, who already lead the series 2-0 after winning the first two T20s, defeated the Aussies by six wickets in another top-sided encounter to take an unassailable 3-0 lead in the series.

Meanwhile, a breathtaking catch by the efforts of Dwayne Bravo and Fabian Allen to dismiss in-form Aaron Finch stunned the cricketing world.

In the 12th over, bowled by Hayden Walsh, Aussie skipper Aaron Finch went for a big shot but failed to put behind the required power to get it over the ropes.

Dwayne Bravo got himself positioned under the ball to complete the catch but fumbled and dropped it. Fortunately, Fabian Allen too reached the spot and took the catch by putting in an acrobatic dive, which will be remembered for years by his fans.

West Indies' star batsman Chris Gayle made a comeback in the third T20 International against Australia with power-packed batting. Chris Gayle hit seven sixes and four fours during his innings of 67 off 38 balls. Chris Gayle completed his fifty by hitting three consecutive sixes off Adam Zampa's over.
