In the fourth match of the five-match T20 series being played between South Africa and West Indies, the Caribbean team won by 21 runs. Captain Kieron Pollard played a stormy innings for the West Indies, while Dwayne Bravo took four wickets.


Veteran Chris Gayle returned to West Indies playing XI in the fourth T20 after being benched in the previous match.

Gayle failed to score runs with the bat, but he surprised everyone by taking a wicket on the very first ball of his bowling spell. After getting the wicket off his very first ball by dismissing South Africa opener Reeza Hendricks, Gayle broke into a cartwheel-like celebration.



Captain Kieron Pollard showed courage and introduced Chris Gayle into the attack to bowl the second over of the South Africa innings. Gayle did not disappoint his captain at all with the ball and got Reeza Hendricks stumped on the very first ball of his spell.


After taking the wicket, 'Universe Boss' was seen doing cartwheel in the middle of the ground. Gayle's unique style of celebrating the wicket was very much loved by his fans.  Veteran Dale Steyn took to Twitter to praise Gayle's cool style and wrote, 'Chris Gayle is the coolest cricketer alive.'



Batting at a strike rate of 204, Pollard scored 51 runs in just 25 balls and remained unbeaten to power West Indies to 167/6.  Chasing the target of 168 runs to win, South Africa could only manage just 146 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in 20 overs. Quinton de Kock scored the highest 60 runs for South Africa.
